Account Deletion Request

You can submit your PeugeotTurkey Forum account deletion request through the mobile app or by e-mail. This page explains the request flow, the review stages, and what happens to your account records after the request is completed.

How can I create a request?

Open the mobile app and go to Profile > Account Settings > Delete My Account.
Enter your current password and confirm that the request belongs to you.
If you cannot access the app, send an e-mail to info@peugeotturkey.com with the subject Account Deletion Request.
When necessary, we may ask for additional verification to confirm that the account belongs to the requester.

How is the request evaluated?

The request is first checked against current account details, recent login information, and security indicators. This control is performed to ensure that an account is not deleted through unauthorized access, device theft, or impersonation.

If the request arrives by e-mail, the information provided in the message may be compared with the account records and, where needed, an additional confirmation step may be requested before the deletion is finalized.

What changes after deletion?

Your forum membership is closed and your profile is no longer available for active use. Access tokens, notification permissions, and membership-related active service records are revoked as part of the process.

Forum messages remain visible as Guest or with anonymized references where necessary so that discussions, technical archives, and topic flow remain understandable for other users.

Which records may still be retained?

Records that are required for legal obligations, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or platform security may be retained with restricted access for the mandatory period.

These records are not kept to continue marketing activity. They are retained only to meet legal or operational obligations such as evidence preservation, fraud review, and system security controls.

Completion time and contact

Requests are handled as soon as possible and are completed within 30 days at the latest, unless a legal review or additional verification is required.
